What we believe
Bitcoin matters. We think its scarcity, open network and ability to be held without relying on a single issuer make it worth serious study. We broadly support companies that choose to hold bitcoin as a treasury reserve, including Strategy.
That is our point of view. It is not proof that any particular security is well priced, that a financing structure will succeed or that a reader should invest.
What that view requires of our reporting
A useful record must include purchases and sales, favorable and unfavorable periods, and both the attraction and the cost of financing. We want readers to understand the claims ahead of common shareholders, the possibility of dilution, and how cash obligations are funded.
We judge the quality of the reporting by whether someone who disagrees with our view can still follow the sources and understand the calculation. Advocacy should be visible; evidence should be inspectable.
Independence and disclosure
Bitcoin Treasury Software is not affiliated with Strategy Inc. or Michael Saylor. We use company and security names to identify the subjects we cover, not to suggest endorsement.
The owner’s personal holdings disclosure has not yet been supplied. See the disclosure status. We will not imply that an unknown position is a zero position.
