Purchases include fees; sale prices are net of fees. “No activity” means no bitcoin activity. Values retain the filing’s reported rounding.

What this history covers

This launch dataset covers January 1–September 27, 2026. It contains 41 reporting periods: 24 with purchases, 5 with sales and 12 with no bitcoin activity. Those are our counts of the rows above, not a separate company metric. The chart also includes the December 31, 2025 starting balance of 672,500 BTC, reported in the January 5 filing.

Across those 2026 periods, the filed purchase quantities add to 182,113 BTC and sales add to 6,948 BTC. These are sums of rounded disclosures; they are not used to overwrite reported holdings. Every input has its filing link in the table and CSV.

Read the columns correctly

Period is when the reported activity happened. Filed is when the disclosure reached EDGAR. One filing can contain more than one period: the July 6 filing separately reports the end of June and the start of July.

Average price includes fees and expenses for purchases and is net of fees for sales. USD amount is acquisition spending or sale proceeds, as applicable. The amount is shown at the precision in the supplied filing data. Holdings after is the company’s reported balance.

The funding column summarizes the stated source for purchases, or the use of proceeds for sales. Where a filing says only that purchases used ATM proceeds, we retain that broader description. We do not infer an exact split between securities from the issuance table alone.

No bitcoin activity does not mean no financing activity

A period with no bitcoin purchases or sales may still contain common-stock issuance, preferred-stock buybacks or dividend payments. That distinction matters when evaluating dilution and cash use. The August 24 filing is one example.

How the record is maintained

New rows are checked against the SEC filing, keyed by accession number and period end, then reviewed before publication. We keep reported holdings even when changes computed from rounded numbers differ slightly. Material corrections receive a dated entry in the corrections log.

The downloadable CSV contains the same rows shown on this page, including source links. Historical coverage before 2026 is outside this launch dataset.
