Read the period before the headline
A weekly filing reports transactions over a stated period. Its publication date can be later than the final transaction date. The figures above describe the latest weekly report we have reviewed; they do not establish whether a purchase happened after that period.
Understand the financing
An at-the-market offering, or ATM, is a program under which a company sells shares into the market over time. Common-stock issuance raises cash and increases shares outstanding. It can fund bitcoin or other capital-management activities.
The funding diagram shows the allocations the company actually disclosed. The comparison distinguishes cash balances from amounts spent and explains where reported figures do not reconcile exactly.
What to watch next
Routine weekly reports have generally arrived on Mondays. This pattern does not promise a purchase or a filing. A Sunday social-media post is a signal to look for a disclosure, not proof of a transaction. Read the filing rhythm.
The separate STRC page covers the latest reviewed rate announcement and declared dividends. Previous weekly news remains in the filing archive.
